The Indian Parliament relies on us

When it comes to facilities management, even the Indian Paliament trusts us and relies on us. Such is the trust and assurance, that BVG is perhaps the only external agency allowed to enter the Indian Parliament, post the security attack. At BVG this relationship is special and a sense of national pride for us.

The Parliament House, which was built in 1927, is one of the most magnificent structures in the country. It is prominent tourist attraction and serves as the headquarters for the members of the Parliament. It reflects the image of our country, with respect to the cleanliness of this place.

The Parliament House and library employed in-House manual housekeeping for the cleaning and upkeep of thier premises. In 2003, BVG was given a mechanized housekeeping contract for six months for the Library Building. Such was the level of satisfaction due to the mechanized cleaning techniques employed by BVG that this contract was extended for a year. The quality of cleaning, time and cost advantages led to the extension of a short-term contract into a long-term relationship.

What gives us immense satisfaction and pride is that the high security Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha Chambers were also included in the contract. Importantly, we got the prestigious Lok and Rajya Sabha due to our non-compromise attitude to people. Unlike other facility management service providers, BVG works with its own manpower. And the responsibility is on us.
