A facilities management training school. Over the years BVG has modeled itself into a leading and progressive facility management organization. We started with an 8 member team and now grown into an organization of over 4000 dedicated employees. And this number is growing every month.

BVG therefore decided to invest in a facilities management school to create the cleaner of tomorrow. A unique, guaranteed employment-backed school for the drop-outs and undergrads that will train people in facilities management. What will initially start as an in-house recruitment and training school will eventually cater to the industry needs.

BVG will develop its own curriculum based on its learning and create processes and systems that will ensure consistency of service. Presently there is no course that can cater to these training needs. It will help BVG train its existing and new employees on state of the art, cutting-edge technology used in facilities management.

Besides being a commercial venture, this has social implications too. Creating employment for hundreds of drop outs and undergrads and giving them a good quality of life is something we cherish at BVG.
